Kontagent 2.5 – Dashboard customization, ever-increasing visibility and navigation

In our pursuit of perfection, we’re working towards the right views at the right time for the right person. Whether you’re the CEO or the Chairman of the Fed of the Central (Virtual) Bank, we want insights that mean something to you. We’ve got one more surprise for you before years end, but go ahead, start ‘pimpin your dash’.
We’re making it easier to drive:
a. The main top navigation bar is being streamlined: In an effort to expose more of our documentation and support links, as well as our tools and special account and application permission settings, we’ve changed the top bar navigation with a main tab / sub-tab drop down flow.

b. The Users tab has been folded into the Insights tab: The Insights tab will now have the existing overview of the existing correlation matrix, and the users tab will be folded in and renamed as the demographics sub-tab.
We’re delivering more customization options:
a. Not only have we removed deprecated viral channels, but we’ve also deployed a dashboard customization feature allowing a custom view of the existing viral channels. Under the “Accounts” tab, “Customize Dashboard” subtab in the main navigation, users can select which viral channels they want to be shown. Note this is an account-wide option, and any changes here affect all applications.
b. We’re adding more metrics for you to create custom charts and tables:
- New Installs
- New Installs by Source
- Monetization
- ARPPU
- % Paying Users
We’re delivering more insights:
a. Given the popularity of the “Installs by Source” graph users have created in the custom dashboard, we’ve added that view into the main dashboard.
b. We’ve added weekly engagements on the Engagement tab. This represents the total number of unique users that have used the application within a given calendar week (Sun-Sat).
