Kontagent chosen over other analytics providers because of ability to track KPI’s critical to social-based businesses
San Francisco, CA – Sept. 29, 2011 – Kontagent, the leading user analytics company, today announced that they have been selected by BeachMint, a next generation social commerce company specializing in celebrity-sponsored direct-to-consumer products, as their social analytics and insights engine.
In this new arrangement, BeachMint will be able to access social insights on Kontagent’s kSuite user analytics platform. From marketing to development to product management, the platform will enable the entire BeachMint organization to analyze how their customers and fans are interacting with their online application on Facebook. kSuite will empower BeachMint with deep insights into virality, or the ‘influence score’ of their most avid fan segments. The company will also be able to leverage kSuite’s deep demographic and behavioral insights to optimize their product line for the highest social brand affinity on their line of websites.
BeachMint recently raised $23.5M on the heels of its explosive growth in its first two business lines, JewelMint and StyleMint.
